Description

As a user of the Explorer, I want to be able to view a list of Orchestrators which have (for example):

  1. Delegated stake > X LPT
  2. Reward Cut < Y%
  3. Fee Cut < Z%
  4. 100% reward calls in the last N rounds

The purpose of this feature request would be to help users find their favourite Orchestrator to stake to, based on important parameters.

Research direction

Start by locating the Explorer's current "sort by" control and orchestrator list, then trace how delegated stake, reward cut, fee cut, and reward-call history are exposed. Done means users can filter orchestrators by the listed thresholds and see the matching results.
