Description
To enhance the delegator experience and increase the number of delegators, we should integrate bridging from the Ethereum mainnet to the Arbitrum network directly into the explorer. This would simplify the staking and unstaking process by removing the need to use external services like [Arbitrum Bridge](https://bridge.arbitrum.io/).

Research direction
Start by reviewing the explorer’s existing staking and unstaking entry points and how they interact with Ethereum mainnet and Arbitrum; the issue names no files or tests. Compare the intended in-explorer flow with the current Arbitrum Bridge experience, and consider the work complete when delegators can bridge for staking and unstaking without leaving the explorer.
