Description

Makefile has a loot of references to poetry (e.g.):

```
install: ## Run repo installation (Poetry install)
poetry install --no-root
....
up: APP_ID
APP_ID=${APP_ID} poetry run docker-compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose.local.yml up -d
APP_ID=${APP_ID} poetry run scripts/wait-for-log-line.sh splunk 'Ansible playbook complete'
```

But there is no pyproject.toml in your repo, probably you did not commit it?

Regards!
