First write = 1 callback call

Research direction
Start by tracing callback registration during write operations in the Java BLE implementation. Reproduce two successive writes and inspect whether earlier callback instances remain registered; done means repeated writes no longer produce additional callback invocations. No source file or test is named in the issue, so locating the relevant write path is part of the work.
