Description

I've tried a few things and can't seem to build the library as a dynamic ".dll" in Windows. I've done this in Mac. Are there any instructions for building Windows as a dynamic library?

Research direction

No file, test, or build entry point is identified in the issue. Start by locating the repository's existing build instructions and Windows build configuration, then reproduce the dynamic DLL build. Done means the Windows steps are documented and verified to produce the library.
