Description
I know we have a crawler but some hosting providers block this functionality. Other caching plugins offer a simple button to generate all the caches (wprocket). This way I don't have to wait until the cache is created when visitors are browsing the site. I think this would be useful.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing crawler and how it generates page caches. Determine how a user-facing button could trigger cache generation for all pages when crawling is blocked, and define completion around reliably generating those caches without waiting for visitor requests.
