Feature request

In addition to the Instant Click functionality in the plugin, I think something like https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/quicklink should be configurable from this plugin with settings for On/Off, maximum data it preloads to protect the webservers and data plans from being over used.

I also see in front of me some more machine learning/AI in this preload/prefetch where statistics and probability is used to select what should/could be loaded in the background, but I guess that is a bit overdoing it :)

No files or tests are named. Start by reviewing the plugin's existing Instant Click functionality and the referenced quicklink behavior; done would mean a scoped implementation for an on/off setting and a maximum preload limit.
