Issues with Google Site Kit (Analytics is not collecting data)

I'm using the **Google Site Kit** plugin and the LiteSpeed Cache plugin in all my WordPress sites. I've realized that for some sites Google Analytics is not collecting any data, and deactivating LiteSpeed Cache fixes the problem.

~~Google Analytics not being able to collect any data happens when the **Combine JS** option is enabled. Enabling also **JS Combine External and Inline** and clearing all cache doesn't fix the problem.~~Truth is that it's randomly happening when Litespeed Cache is activated. Turning off **Combine JS** doesn't fix it sometimes, even cleaning cache after that.

Start by reproducing the Google Site Kit and LiteSpeed Cache interaction with Combine JS and JS Combine External and Inline enabled or disabled, including after clearing the cache. Compare behavior across the reported WordPress sites and settings; done means Google Analytics consistently collects data while LiteSpeed Cache remains active.
