Description
Hello.
Since our upgrade to v3.0.0-rc12, just enabling Object Cache with Memcached Extension is making our backend superslow. We are talking about +6secondes loading time with Object Cache. Disabling it makes the loading instant.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reviewing the linked slow-page trace, Memcached settings, PHP-version report, and report VGEGVIWD, then compare Object Cache enabled versus disabled on v3.0.0-rc12. Done means identifying the regression or configuration cause and removing the reported six-second delay.
