[Feature Request in v.3] - AWS S3 Support

Hi LSCache team,

I love using your cache plugin with OpenLiteSpeed server, this combination really improve performance of the site. It would be really great if the plugin support **Image Optimize** and **Offload** static content to AWS S3. It would be really great since you already provided OpenLiteSpeed AMI. Implementing load balancer would be a lot easier and open up a lot more opportunity in scaling up.

I'm also interested in trying v3 beta, hope I can contribute or at least give you guys some feedback.

PS. Right now I have to use [**EWWW Image Optimizer**](https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/) with [**WP Offload Media**](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/amazon-s3-and-cloudfront/) to connect to AWS S3 and optimized the images.

Start by reviewing the plugin's v3 beta context and how it currently handles Image Optimize and static-content offload. Define the AWS S3 scope, integration points, and acceptance checks for optimized images and offloaded assets before implementation; the issue does not name files or tests.
