[Suggestion] Use Subsite Configuration

Description
I use my main site as my primary website for my business. My subsites are not advanced users, I could potentially have 100's of subsites on my multi-site network. I would love to be able to control all subsites separately from my main site.
I know I can manage individual sites, however, with 100's of sites, that would be difficult. Some options that would help with that:
- Use Subsite configuration ([screenshot](https://www.dropbox.com/s/u2azk48fx7vt7r9/Screen%20Shot%202020-01-07%20at%207.41.01%20AM.png?dl=0))
- Or "Sync settings across subsites"
- Or "Add default settings for any newly created subsite"
I think a "Use Subsite Configuration" would be the easiest to manage. Then we could select a subsite to use as the configurator.
