Description
Since the next release will include `node` builds utilizing conditional export, we might want to mention that somewhere in our docs.
Potential locations:
- https://lit.dev/docs/tools/development/#development-and-production-builds: We talk about export conditions here, but the rest of the context doesn't really fit with node build
- https://lit.dev/docs/tools/requirements/: Requirement for Node version supporting export conditions?
- https://lit.dev/docs/tools/overview/: List our packages and what export conditions exist in the overview?

Research direction
Review the three proposed documentation entry points: development/#development-and-production-builds, tools/requirements/, and tools/overview/. Decide which page best explains the node builds of lit-html and reactive-element and conditional export requirements; the documentation is done when this information is clearly mentioned in an appropriate location.
