Description

Vite is a great way to get started with Lit.

Task is complete when:

1. We've added documentation to getting started page for users of Vite.
2. Optional: Investigated the Lit TS and Lit JS Vite starters and provided feedback (if required).

Research direction

Start with the website's Getting Started page and review how it currently explains setup for Lit users. Add the Vite-specific guidance there, then optionally inspect the Lit TypeScript and JavaScript Vite starters and record any needed feedback; the work is done when the Getting Started page covers Vite users.
