Description
Create a mouse input grabber that emits a stopMove signal when the mouse button is released.
When a shell surface emits onStartMove the compositor sets the grab cursor to move and activates the grabber, when the grabber emits onStopMove the grab cursor is set back to arrow and the grabber is deactivated.

Research direction
Start by finding the shell-surface handling for onStartMove and the compositor's grab-cursor logic, then inspect how mouse input grabs are represented. Done means a grabber becomes active during a move, emits a stopMove signal on mouse-button release, restores the arrow cursor, and is deactivated.
