Fix the AUR packages, assuming this project is even still alive.

Can't even install it to test it.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the AUR packages and reproducing the failure on Arch Linux, including both the individual packages and the meta package. Check the missing git-package references and build failures; the work is done when the relevant packages build and install successfully from the AUR.
