Description
Blur behind is kinda cool and makes some windows easier to read such as docks/panels and terminals.
This can be also extended to QtWidgets menus with platform theme integration.

Research direction
Review the linked KDE Plasma blur reference and the shell's QtQuick/Wayland context to define how blur should apply to docks, panels, terminals, and QtWidgets menus. Done requires an agreed scope and a working platform-theme-integrated blur implementation.
