Description
When a user delegates to another, they may wish to know the status of the delegate's vote. Have they voted, or delegated to another, or taken no action? Without this information, the delegating user cannot know if a vote has been cast on their behalf.
Additionally, in the case of votes that close, there is a difference between a delegate status (voted/delegated/nothing yet) at a moment, and a status that is definitive (the voting is frozen because of a deadline or an administrative action). Ideally we can present the difference between a status that may change, and one that is fixed.

Research direction
Start by reading issue #58 and the linked Discussion #54, since no repository files, tests, or entry points are identified. Clarify how delegate voting status and its definitive-versus-changeable state should be represented, then identify the relevant implementation and tests. Done means delegating users can see whether their delegate voted, delegated, or has taken no action, including whether that status is final.
