Description

Overview

The current issues display stuff assumes the web browser. We want to:

  • allow user to set a default for themselves using meta
  • do in-terminal by default
  • support --browser and --terminal options
  • use API to display in terminal.

Relates to #142, #143

Research direction

Start by tracing the current issues display behavior and how command options and user-level meta settings are handled. Define the terminal and browser paths, then verify that the default is terminal, both flags work, and issue data is retrieved through the API.
