Bug description
If you uncheck "Show menu", they are hidden. After that, it's impossible to unhide them, unless you know that you must press Alt key. But it's written nowhere and there's no icon, no check box to show the menu again.
Steps to reproduce
Go into menu and uncheck the box to show menus.
Expected behavior
Add an icon to unhide menu or add a permanent text somewhere, that explain how to do (Press Alt key to unhide menu). Like text in VirtualBox or qemu that explains how to liberate captured mouse.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Mint 22.3 with package version 4.6.3 by unchecking “Show menu,” then inspect the document reader’s menu visibility and keyboard-access behavior. Done means users can discoverably restore the menus, either through an icon, permanent guidance, or another visible control.
