Description

 * Xreader version 2.8.3
 * Distribution - Mint 20.1 / Cinnamon 4.8.6

Issue
When Xreader is installed no Accels file seems to be installed, by default, in ~/.config/xreader.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Check to see if you have a shortcut configuration file at ~/.config/xreader/accels.
  2. Try uninstalling Xreader, and deleting the Accels file, then install again and check "1" again.
  3. Try a new install from scratch of LM. Then check "1" again (before updating.

Expected behaviour
There should be an Accels file at ~/.config/xreader/accels when Xreader is installed.

Other information
I did have an Accels file on a previous system (which was fully updated but keeping the Ulyssa base), but when I reinstalled LM on the same system from scratch (using the same USB stick, LM Ulyssa 20.1 / Cinnamon 4.85 / Kernel 5.4.0-5B-Generic) the Accels file did not appear.

Research direction

The report concerns ~/.config/xreader/accels and can be reproduced by checking that path after installation, uninstall/reinstall, and a fresh Linux Mint install. Inspect the installation or packaging inputs that determine whether this file is created; done means a fresh install provides the expected file and the reproduction steps no longer show it missing.
