Description
Hey 🐱
Not a big issue but after some tests on different DE, I noticed that inactive window of Xed didn't get "grey". After checking on my computer with Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.3, I noticed there is the same behavior. Other Xapps (like Xviewer) seem to be OK with that, see example below:
The Window title changes but not the menu (Fichier (File in english) etc... on my screen).
Maybe a little fix is possible for that?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the inactive-window behavior on Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.3 and compare Xed with Xviewer, as shown in the issue screenshots. Trace how Xed applies its window and menu theme, then verify that the menu changes to the inactive grey appearance when focus moves away.
