dark margin in mxlinux21 kde

Description
notes are apparently not compatible with the kde environment. After restarting, a rather ugly black border appears. In linuxmint I also tried it by installing plasma kde and it is the same: that horrifying margin.
when I was compiling it from source these warnings appeared:

dpkg-source: warning: sticky source directory is not <source-package>-<original-developer-version> "sticky-1.12"
but i think the incompatibility is with the environment because linuxmint kde comes out the same.
