Sticky not appearing after a few days of usage

Description
I started using Sticky about a week ago after installing Mint. It functioned for a few days, I made some notes. Today I go to start the app and the Sticky notes simply don't appear. Whether from Launcher menu or directly from command line, nothing happens when I try to start it.
Looking at the process menu, it seems it's currently running, but not displaying:
The last time it was functioning properly, I turned on the Autostart setting so maybe that has something to do with it.
I killed 2276 and 2278 processes above and restarted from Launcher menu. This seems to have got it going again, but not everyone is going to have that level of tech savvy.

Research direction
Reproduce the failure by launching Sticky from the Launcher menu and command line after enabling Autostart, then inspect the running processes, including 2276 and 2278, while no notes window appears.
