Bug description

Nemo has feature to resize the content of the panels - in any view type you can use CTRL with +/- (or with mouse wheel) to increase or decrease the size of the panel content.
Unfortunately in Icons View and Compact View it works only for icon images - no filenames are being sized at all.
IMHO this is bug - specially in the compact view where not resized text looks completely silly - space is wasted, and for people who need sometimes to zoom-in to see better - very bad.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any not empty folder in Icon View or in Compact View
2. Use CTRL with + or with mouse wheel to size up window content.
3. You will see that Icons are increasing their size, but text stays not sized - that's the BUG.

Expected behavior

Text size should be increased together with icons.
Maybe in Icons view it should not be that massive increase in the size, but for sure text should get bigger while "zooming in" the view.
In Compact view it should match the line height.

Start by reproducing the issue in Nemo 6.2.8 on Mint 22 using a non-empty folder in Icons View and Compact View, then trace the existing Ctrl-plus/minus or mouse-wheel content-resizing path. Done means filenames scale with the icons in both views, with Compact View text matching the line height.
