[Nemo-image-converter] Scaling image to eg 150 percent doesn't enlarge the photo

So I have a lot of memes and snippets from the web which I save to my archives. Since they are screenshots or image files saved from the internet, they can be too small. When I go over my saved image files, I just want to enlarge them to, say, 2 x their original size. I tried using Nemo image converter to that end, but noticed that trying to convert images to, say, 150 % didn't do anything. I don't know if this is intentional, but if it is, may I suggest you change this behaviour to allow users to enlarge images to 150, 200, etc. of the original size. At present, I have to use Gimp to enlarge my images (Gimp allows multiplying the image size to, say, two times the original size). But opening Gimp just takes too many clicks.

Reproduce the issue through Nemo's image converter using a 150% or 200% scale on a small image, then locate the converter's scaling entry point; the issue names no files or tests. Done means percentage scaling enlarges images as requested, while existing conversion behavior remains intact.
