Research direction

Start by tracing Mint Update Manager's startup refresh path and the handling of Preferences → Options → Auto-refresh → “refresh after…” for Flatpak checks. Reproduce the login-time behavior on Linux Mint 22, then verify that Flatpak queries honor the configured delay without changing the separately described apt/PPA behavior.

Description

BUG

Describe the bug
After interactively logging in to my home PC (Linux Mint 22), the Mint Update Manager immediately queries flatpak updates,no matter what my 'refresh after' setting says.

It delays the apt ppa update check, which is what I want and what I configured. But flatpaks get queried immediately.

My expectation, based on the configuration screen, would be for the flatpak update check to also wait the configured time.

Sorry if this is majority-desired and has been addressed elsewhere.

(This is low priority, but seeing a red explanation mark on the systray every time I login makes me just want to ignore it because some flatpak lib is new...
