Describe the solution you'd like
When a restart/reboot (see #748 for terminology consistency) is required after an update installation, a "restart now" button (action) should appear alongside/inside the "reboot required" text banner.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative is to maintain status quo. User has to initiate restart/reboot via usual means.
