Two Flatpacks Refuse To Install But Remain Listed

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the update flow with com.nuclearplayer.Nuclear and org.gnome.Platform, then inspect the Update Manager logs around the install request and refresh. Done means the selected Flatpaks install successfully and no longer reappear as pending updates.

Describe the bug
Two flatpack items show, and are ready for installation. When I select Install Updates, Update Manager cursor spins - no installation happens - and reverts to the same list of two programs. (I am not prompted to enter my login to proceed, either)

The programs are:
Nuclear (player)
org.gnome.platform

To Reproduce
These items still show in Update Manager after rebooting Mint.

Expected behavior
Items with checked boxes should install
