Bug description
The default mirror, main(xia), which is http://packages.linuxmint.com/, has been inaccessible for two days.
This significantly slows down installation time.
Steps to reproduce
Realize fresh install of Linux mint cinnamon 22.1
Or update system with default software sources.

Expected behavior
Easy installation of updates.

I have the same problem with Linux Mint xfce.
I don't use a proxy or custom DNS.
