Description
The new blue tint introduced with Linux Mint 22.2 is nice, but it introduced an inconsistency on my system as Flatpaks still use the old coloring. Will this be fixed?

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the theme definitions that control system-package and Flatpak coloring, then compare their relevant selectors and assets. Done means the blue tint is consistent in both package types and the existing theme checks, if any, still pass.
