Description

 * Cinnamon version: 4.6.7
 * Distribution: Mint 20
 * Graphics hardware: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 530
 * 64 bit

Issue
The keyboard (keyboard layout) applet is not shown. When I remove and then add it, I can see the message "Something went wrong while loading keyboard@cinnamon..." in the applets manager. When I turn on the panel edit mode, the icon of the applet can be seen. It also flickers when I change keyboard layout options. The layouts I've set up are English (US), Russian and Chinese (the fcitx input method)
