Issue
Cinnamon's System Tray does not scale icons on HiDPI properly. The image below shows discord and update manager icons aliased.

Steps to reproduce
Have a Hi-DPI monitor
Install some apps that generate system tray icons
Preferences -> General -> User interface scaling: Double (Hi-DPI)
Expected behaviour
Cinnamon's System Tray icons should be scaled to Hi-DPI as the others (bluetooth, ethernet, sound, time anb desktop)

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named in the report. First reproduce the issue with Cinnamon 4.0.10 using the listed Hi-DPI settings and tray applications, then trace the system-tray icon handling; done means tray icons render without aliasing at double UI scaling and existing icon behavior remains intact.
