Description
After some time connected to a WiFi network,
the "More" section of the network applet becomes empty.
The list of available networks get too long for the screen, cannot be collapsed, and has no scroll bar.
You have to click the "Network settings" menu entry, and deactivate and reactivate Wifi to make the applet work properly again.
I've attached two screenshots, one with the proper behaviour, and another with the applet after the bug happens.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Network/Wifi applet after remaining connected to a WiFi network long enough for the More section to empty and the network list to exceed the screen. Trace the applet's JavaScript UI and network-list update handling to find why the list cannot collapse or scroll. Done means the affected list remains usable without disabling and re-enabling WiFi.
