Bug description
Update manager claiming to "Failed to download repository information". However, it does show and perform updates. This has happened from Xia to Zara.
If I click the refresh button in update manager, there is an error claiming to check my internet connection. I am always on wi-fi so perhaps it is linked to that as I have not tried using an Ethernet connection.
The update manager automatically finds updates and after I click refresh and get the error, it will show updates that are available.
Steps to reproduce
Open Update manager
Click Refresh button
Expected behavior
I would expect to not receive an error, unless I actually was not connected to the internet.
