Bug description
as you can see this is happening when opening a window (with titlebar) when using dark them, then switch to light theme
this border disappear if I maximize the window and de-maximize it back (of if I also put it in a fullscreen, or if I minimize it and restore it back)
Steps to reproduce
1- switch to dark theme from settings
2- open any application with titlebar
3- switch back to light mode
Expected behavior
There should be this black border after switching theme from dark to light
Additional information
Note: I'm talking about Mint-Y theme, as this bug is not happening for other themes
This also happened for Mint 22.1

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Reproduce on Mint 22.2 with Cinnamon 6.4.8 using Mint-Y: switch from dark to light mode with a titled window open, then compare the border before and after maximizing or minimizing. Done when switching to light mode does not leave the reported border, while other themes remain unaffected.
