Bug description
I usually work with windows that are snapped to half or quarter screen (via Super key + arrows).
After restarting Cinnamon (either via ctrl-alt-f1 or when an applet is updated), all these windows have lost their snapped state. In contrast to that, fully maximized windows do not lose their maximization.
Steps to reproduce
- Snap some windows to half or quarter screen, via Super key + arrows.
- Restart Cinnamon with ctrl-alt-f1.
- Observe that the windows have returned to their un-snapped state.
Expected behavior
The windows should stay snapped.
