Bug description
If a program captures the mouse then causes a not responding dialogue to appear then no button can be selected in the dialogue with the new UI change. This worked with the old style by pressing tab or left and right arrow keys and enter.
The style of the buttons also do not make it clear which one is selected
Steps to reproduce
Full screen or borderless full screen a program and have it also stop responding
Expected behavior
The dialogue should be accessible without a mouse

Start by locating the new not responding dialogue and reproduce the issue with a fullscreen or borderless fullscreen program that stops responding while capturing the mouse. Verify that Tab or the left and right arrow keys can select a button, Enter activates it, and the selected button's style is clear.
