[Bug] Language layouts disappear, logs are attached

I have fresh installation of Linux mint 22.1. I have three language layouts in my Linux Mint: English, Ukrainian, Russian. Time after time while language switch one of the layouts disappear.

Steps to reproduce

Time after time one of language layouts disappear while layout switch. I my Linux logs I see:

Expected behavior

language layouts shouldn't disappear. Language layouts should switch correct

Reproduce the issue on Linux Mint 22.1 with English, Ukrainian, and Russian layouts, then compare the reported current and applied keyboard configuration logs involving setxkbmap. Done means all configured layouts remain available and switch correctly without one disappearing.
