Bug description
When suspend mode is activated via lid close or after a set time, the laptop becomes frozen with either a blank screen or whatever was on the screen at the time of last use, typically when the lid is closed.
No keys or mouse will work. Only powering down using the power button to then power back on.
I am using the latest release of the Linux hardened kernel, however this happens when using the latest zen or standard kernel as well.

Steps to reproduce
You can reproduce this by closing the lid of the laptop if you have suspend mode set to activate upon lid close, or allowing the set time of no use to allow the laptop to enter suspend mode by itself.
Expected behavior
I expect the laptop to suspend, and upon key press or mouse movement get prompted to log back into my session.
