Bug description
Going from Ubuntu 24.10 (Cinnamon 6.0.4) to Ubuntu 25.04 (Cinnamon 6.4.8), there is no longer any indication of whether a window is minimised in the Window list applet in the panel.
In former versions, minimisation was indicated by enclosing the window title in "[]".
Where in the process going from 6.0.4 to 6.4.8 this was lost, I don't know.
As of now, I consider this a UX regression, but open (if sceptical) to the possibility to change my stance if presented by the rationale - especially if I have missed some alternative way to indicate minimisation status.
Steps to reproduce
Upgrade Cinnamon from 6.0.4 (possibly a later version) to 6.4.8 - at least by doing so by upgrading from Ubuntu 24.10 to 25.04.
Expected behavior
Retention of previous behaviour of indicating that a window is minimised by enclosing its title in "[]".

Research direction
No file or test entry point is named. Reproduce the Window list applet behavior on Cinnamon 6.4.8 and compare it with 6.0.4, then trace where minimized-window titles are rendered; done means the minimized state is visibly indicated as before.
