Bug description

On a web browser, when I do something that prompts the file browser to open/save a file (e.g. add a file on an e-mail ; download a file and save it somewhere specific), the two buttons at the bottom right (Cancel ; Save/Open) aren't translated to french but stay in english. The rest of the window (file browser categories, window title, dates) are in french as expected.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open a web browser
  2. Do something that prompts the file explorer (download a file and ask for a specific location ; add a file to an e-mail)
Expected behavior

All of the window's texts, including the two bottom-right buttons, should be in french.

Research direction

Reproduce the file chooser prompt in a web browser on Mint 22.1 with French selected, using both an upload and a download flow. Trace which component supplies the Cancel and Save/Open labels, then verify that the affected buttons are translated while the rest of the dialog remains unchanged.
