Bluetooth output not (directly) working after waking up from sleep

Bug description

My bluetooth headphones do not receive any output after i wake my computer up from sleep. While it connects and shows as connected there is no output. After about 20 seconds the headphones automatically disconnect and then reconnect and after that i have output again. Generally not a huge issue for me but i report this because i did not have this bug in Linux Mint 21.3.

Steps to reproduce

1. Put computer to sleep
2. Wake it up
3. Turn on headphones
4. Bug happens :(

Expected behavior

I expect it to work like it does in Mint 21.3 where it automatically connects and instantly has output without reconnecting after 20 seconds.

Additional information

If it helps, i use the Edifier WH700NB headphones and a USB Bluetooth thingy from ISY.
