Bug description
When attempting to change the resolution on Cinnamon's lock screen, you can see the desktop content within 1 second after the resolution change. This is a very insecure bug
Steps to reproduce
My operation was discovered while using Google Chrome Desktop (because it adaptively modifies the Mint server's desktop resolution to fit the client browser's window resolution), but on the lock screen, for a moment after switching, I can see the content behind the lock screen – the desktop. This happens before I've entered any password
Expected behavior
Switching resolution on the lock screen page does not cause abnormal display of desktop content

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on Cinnamon 6.4.8 using the listed lock-screen resolution-change steps, then trace the lock screen's handling of display changes. The report names no file or test; done means the desktop content never becomes visible before authentication, including during the brief interval after a resolution change.
