Bug description
Extremely poor and erratic bluetooth behaviour:
Mouse connects and works exactly as intended; keyboard pairs and reports as connected but never actually works; headphones, controller and keyboard/touchpad combo device sometimes get scanned, sometimes don't, when they don't they act like the keyboard. Spent 5 hours troubleshooting (with google gemini, I'm a complete linux beginner) and managed to only briefly output audio from the headphones before they disconnected. Same goes for the keyboard, only managed to get it to work for half a minute. Nothing else did apart from the mouse which never stopped working and connecting automatically. The pc actually reports the headphones as connecting and disconnecting even when turned off.
Steps to reproduce
Not much to say, the bluetooth is from the Qualcomm WCN785x combo wifi/bluetooth antenna. The devices I tested work as expected on other devices using the same version of linux mint and the bluetooth connection works as expected in windows. I think the issue only arises when the two cross.
Expected behavior
"It just works."

Research direction
No source files or tests are identified in the report. Start by reproducing the Bluetooth failures on Linux Mint 22.1 with package version 6.4.10 and the Qualcomm WCN785x adapter, then inspect the hci0 Opcode 0x2037 error; done means the keyboard, headphones, controller, and touchpad connect and remain usable.
