qt apps look really bad

its not like linux mint is"user friendly"."works out of box"
qt problem is serious,after 22 there is no qt5ct out of the box and most kde programms use light theme with white font and that is really bad
i dont think casual user will gonna do all this that i did but i installed qt5ct then trying to fix it with this(https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?p=2500291#p2500291), this(https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?p=2500265&hilit=qt5+settings#p2500265) and this(https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?p=2593188#p2593188)
and i still cant get at least readable interface(see the picture)

Steps to reproduce

1.clean install linux mint
2.install some kde app
3.watch all this

Expected behavior

at least give default breeze interface with light and dark mode

Start with a clean Linux Mint 22.1 installation and reproduce the appearance issue by installing a KDE application, using the reported Radeon RX560 setup if available. Compare the resulting light and dark theme behavior with the expected readable Breeze interface; done means KDE applications have a usable default theme without requiring qt5ct or manual forum workarounds.
