Bug description
When I move my mouse onto one of the icons I have pinned to the Panel, the label of that icon is displayed--as it normally should be. Then when I click said icon and move the mouse away, the label remains. This gets in the way of seeing all the icons on the Panel.
Steps to reproduce
Move mouse over one of the icons pinned to Panel
Click said icon
Move mouse to new window
Expected behavior
The icon's label should disappear after moving the mouse away.
Additional information
This happens with certain icons/apps: shells such as Bash, Midnight Commander (under bash), File Commander, Mullvad Browser, and app called Local Send (on Github).

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Mint 22.1 with Cinnamon 6.4.8 by moving over a pinned Panel icon, opening it, and moving to another window. Trace the Panel icon label behavior for the listed affected applications; done means the label disappears after the pointer leaves the icon.
