Bug description
Just after logging in, the time/date at the right side of the Panel show the default font (I've changed mine) and UTC time. Within a few minutes, it reverts to the font I selected and local time. My system clock is set to UTC. Happens almost every time.
Steps to reproduce
Boot, login, look at the bottom right corner to see it's incorrect.
Expected behavior
It should be the correct time as soon as it boot. (It's an NVME drive, so speed is not a problem.
