Bug description
When I upgraded from Mint21.3 to 22 (the same with 22.1) I started getting this kind of problem several times. I couldn't yet find out how to reproduce it. The screen starts shaking for some seconds, then becomes normal again.
I recorded this video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18epdZRT4WUnDwsRhKmmzP8Vqk-qz3kGd/view
I have already asked in The Mint foruns, but no solution yet:
"Several problems after upgrade to 22, and then, complete fail" - https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=430296
And furthermore, I suppose this two problems are related, if I continue using the system for a long time I got windows crashing, and finally the whole session becoming unusable. When this happens, I think it affects only the graphical interface, and the rest of the system remains ok.
Maybe it is related with Cinnamom, so I'm asking here.
My system currently has "cinnamon 6.4.8+xia"
I have another computer still running Mint 21.3, and it has "cinnamon 5.6.8+vera"
So, if this problem is related with the Cinnamon, it started between this two versions.
Steps to reproduce
Mostly, by moving the mouse, and the problem happens sometimes.
Expected behavior
The screen should not shake!

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by attempting to reproduce the shaking and subsequent window or session failures on Mint 22.1 with Cinnamon 6.4.8 and Intel UHD Graphics 620, especially while moving the mouse; done means the graphical session remains stable and the issue has a reproducible regression test or confirmed fix.
