Bug description

During installation when it's time to select keyboard layout if one tries to use the feature "Detect Keyboard Layout" it's not thorough enough to detect Swedish (or any Nordic) keyboard layout. After using the feature and answering the questions it suggests English keyboard layout.

Steps to reproduce

Trying to use the "Detect Keyboard Layout" feature during installation with the aim of getting the Swedish keyboard layout will reproduce the issue.
The first two questions of the feature asks to press the keys "q" and "z", these are located in the same location as standard English qwerty keyboard layout. From the third question when one is asked if "é" is present on the keyboard, the answer to that question and all the following is "no". The result is that a Swedish keyboard layout is not detected.

Expected behavior

While using the feature a prompt asking if the keys "Å" is present would identify the different Nordic keyboard layouts if the user answer "yes".

To differentiate between the different standard Nordic keyboard layouts a questions should be asked for the key "Æ".
If no -> Swedish/Finnish
If yes -> Danish/Norwegian or Icelandic
If yes ask for "Þ".
If no -> Danish/Norwegian
If yes -> Icelandic

Start with the Cinnamon installation entry point for “Detect Keyboard Layout” and reproduce the flow on a Nordic keyboard. Confirm that prompts for Å, Æ, and Þ distinguish Swedish/Finnish, Danish/Norwegian, and Icelandic as described; done means the detector selects the expected layout.
