Bug description
After flipping the side monitor, my main monitor turns to a black screen, everything is responsive, but everything except for my mouse is black.
Steps to reproduce
In display settings, change the rotation of the secondary monitor to "landscape (flipped)"
The issue doesn't occur when trying to flip the primary monitor.
Expected behavior
The obvious, for my main monitor to not go black.
Additional information
I'm on a completely fresh system, and the issue occurred whether I was running mint from usb or my ssd.

Research direction
First reproduce the issue in Cinnamon 6.4.6 on Mint 22.1 with the NVIDIA GeForce 4060 by setting the secondary display to landscape (flipped), then inspect the display-settings handling for that rotation path. Done means the primary monitor remains visible and usable while the secondary monitor is flipped; no source file or test is identified in the issue.
